The Grip of Shame

Shame doesn’t just say, “You made a mistake.” It says, “YOU are the mistake.”
Shame is one of the deepest soul wounds because it attacks identity. But the cross silences shame forever. Jesus bore it so you wouldn’t have to carry it. Healing comes as you trade shame for grace and condemnation for acceptance.

Action Step: Write down one shame statement you’ve believed, then cross it out and replace it with God’s truth.
