The Future Needs More Human Leaders

Many people worry that AI will replace leaders.

I believe the opposite. AI will reveal which leaders were relying on information instead of wisdom all along. As routine tasks become automated, the qualities that cannot be automated will become even more valuable.

Leaders will need to communicate with empathy.

Build trust.

Navigate conflict.

Exercise discernment.

Develop people.

Inspire purpose.

These have always been human strengths, and they will become even more essential in the years ahead.

The greatest leaders won't simply know how to use AI. They'll know how to lead people through change without losing sight of what matters most.

Genesis reminds us that every person bears God's image. Psalm 139 reminds us that every life has been intentionally formed by God.

Leadership rooted in those truths values people above performance and character above capability. The future doesn't need leaders who merely embrace technology.

It needs leaders who remain deeply human while using technology wisely.
